A Christmas experience on Orrell Hill Lane near Hightown, open from late November to Christmas Eve. The indoor Santa's Hub covers 2,800 square metres with 15 experiences, from the Tinsel Town Express and Santa's sleigh garage to a post room for letters, an elf village and toy workshop, ending at Santa's house. Outside, a half kilometre forest light trail passes real reindeer on the way to Merrywood Market.
Book an SEN session if loud light shows are hard for your child. The indoor hub takes about an hour, the light trail about 30 minutes, so go after an early tea on a weekday for the quietest sessions.

- Full experience from £18.15 a person, including a 10% booking fee. Light Trail only tickets £16.50. VIP tickets with fast lane queuing and a heated lounge cost more. Babies under 12 months go free on a paying adult's lap, but need a free Tiny Kids ticket; everyone over 12 months needs a ticket.
